The Family Courts in the UK now require separating or divorcing couples to establish their financial capacity to achieve a mortgage based on their new financial position, after divorce or separation.

Types Of Report:

  • Single Report £195
    This is a standard Mortgage Capacity Report based on your unique financial position after divorce.
  • Joint Report £295
    This takes into account both parties to establish the joint financial position of the divorcing or separating couple.
  • Nil Mortgage Report £195
    This is a standard or single report which establishes that you are unable to support mortgage repayments after divorce or separation, based on the information you provide us.
