Terms & Conditions:

• Validity of report – 3 months from date of report.

•  

  3 scenarios are included as standard, Additional scenarios above this are charged at £50 each.

• Refresh report within 3 months - £100 single or £150 joint PLUS £25 per additional scenario if applicable

• Errors / amendments will be corrected at Fairfield Finance Ltd's discretion.

• The report is provided using the data received. If that data is incorrect or needs to be updated, then we reserve the right to charge for an updated report or a new report if over 3 months from the date of the original report.
